David and Joanne started the Foundation in 2001 and have been thrilled to help many projects around New Zealand. They are deeply committed to serving God in many different ways. They enjoy spending time with their large family, church, business, travel and gardening. David is the Chairman of Trustees, Life Member and Settlor. Joanne is a Trustee, Gold Member and Settlor. NZCF is a registered charity in New Zealand. |

Annette Barlow is a Chartered Accountant, Company Director and Bible Teacher living in Auckland New Zealand. She has a great love for children of all ages. Annette is married to Paul and has four children.
